PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple and easy as possible. We accept 3 methods of payment. Credit Card, Paypal and Check/Money Order. Our online order process is secure. Paying online with your credit card, We accept: VISA and MASTER CARD. All payments are made in US dollars. Your credit card will be authorized within 2 business days after the order has been placed. The mailing address given MUST match the billing address of the credit card given and the CVV2 code from the back of your card must also match. If they do not match, your order may not be processed. If your credit card is declined, you will receive an email from support@madeindetroit.com. By submitting your credit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the credit card that you designate on the checkout form. We realize that some customers are concerned about credit card safety online. We understand that concern, so we encrypt your credit card number and store it in a secure database protected by a firewall. The transmission of this information is also secure, using Starter SSL Certificate from FreeSSL.com. Made In Detroit Store ships via UPS or USPS Priority inside the United States of America and USPS International outside of the USA.
SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES:
A shipping and handling charge is applied to each purchase. You agree to pay for any shipping and handling charges, as well as any and all applicable local, state or other taxes (if any) which are required to be collected by law in connection with the purchases that you make.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground.

$3-$6.99 - $2.50

$100-$249.99 - $9.95
$250.00 and up - FREE
International Orders
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service.
Flat rate charge/All packages have a minimum $20USD
charge up to a maximum of $30USD based on order.
SHIPPING TIMES:
US Orders
Provided that all items are in stock, and provided that you give us all required information and that your credit card is accepted, orders received by us before 3pm (EST) on a weekday will be shipped within 1-3 days of the date on which we receive such orders (although we will not be responsible for any delays that are beyond our control). Acceptable orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped within 1-3 days of the next business day. The time that it takes for the order to arrive, after shipping, depends on UPS or USPS Shipping and the destination.
International Orders

FREE SHIPPING Now Available
All Free Shipping items will be sent via United States Postal Service.
You may now select FREE SHIPPING on any order over $100.00. Keep in mind this will lenghten the amount of time it takes your package to arrive. Provided that all items are in stock, and provided that you give us all required information and that your credit card is accepted, orders received by us before 3pm (EST) on a weekday will be shipped within 5-7 days of the date on which we receive such orders (although we will not be responsible for any delays that are beyond our control). Acceptable orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped within 5-7 days of the next business day. The time that it takes for the order to arrive, after shipping, depends on USPS Shipping and the destination. All orders with FREE SHIPPING selected as shipping method will be ship United States Postal Service. Note: There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items returned using the "Free Shipping" shipping method. If the total after the refund drops below the $100 threshhold, we will deduct $7.95 from your refund to cover the shipping charges that were originally waived. Available on Domestic orders only.
