Returns & Exchanges

Except as provided below, merchandise items that have not been worn, washed or otherwise used and remained in perfect like-new condition may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. Note: See Customer Service page for FREE SHIPPING return and exchange policy. If you would like to exchange any merchandise because such merchandise was damaged when you received it, we will only pay first class U.S. mail postage in connection therewith and we must be notified within forty eight (48) hours of you receiving the merchandise. However, we will not be liable for shipping charges if you request an exchange for merchandise returned for any other reason, and you agree to pay for such charges, together with a $5.00 handling charge for all such exchanges. We suggest you insure your return package or at a minimum a delivery confirmation receipt, as we will not assume responsibility if your return package gets lost during the shipping back to us. For purchases made by credit card, once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase, unless you request an exchange. If you paid by credit card and request additional merchandise or merchandise of greater value at the time you request an exchange, please note that you will have to re-provide your credit card information for such additional merchandise or more valuable merchandise, and you agree that we may contact you (whether by e-mail, telephone or otherwise) in order for you to do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not accept returns for any merchandise that you purchase from the Clearance/Closeout or ANY Sale Items or in connection with any sales, discounts, buy-one-get-one-free, Black Friday Promos, Holiday Deals or similar offers or promotions offered on the website. All such purchases shall be deemed non-refundable and can only be exchanged for same shirt style and color in a different size, if available. In the event that any returns are approved by management during the above mentioned promotional time frames your refund will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

FREE SHIPPING return/exchange policy. Any items returned for a refund that were originally purchased using the "FREE SHIPPING" shipping method will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Also, if the refund brings the total below the Free Shipping threshold, $7.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover Shipping & Handling charges originally waived. Any items returned for exchange must be accompanied with a check for $5.00 for Shipping & Handling in order to complete the transaction. These items will ship USPS Priority.
